लेट (Delayed) Death Registration21 दिन के बाद मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र के लिए तहसीलदार / SDM की अनुमति जरूरी होती है।आपको सबूत देने होंगे जैसे:अस्पताल रिकॉर्ड / डिस्चार्ज पेपरदफन/अंतिम संस्कार की जानकारीगवाहों के बयानपंचायत देरी कर रही है तोआप सीधे तहसीलदार या SDM ऑफिस में शिकायत/आवेदन करेंग्राम पंचायत से लिखित में कारण मांगें कि देरी क्यों हो रही हैअगर फिर भी समस्या होआप सिविल कोर्ट में Declaration Suit दाखिल कर सकते हैं, जिसमें मृत्यु को कानूनी रूप से साबित कराया जाता हैजमीन नामांतरण (Mutation)मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र मिलने के बाद ही जमीन आपके नाम पर ट्रांसफर होगी

Yes, a criminal case can be filed even if no injury occurred. Showing a knife and demanding money itself is a crime.Applicable BNS offences:Extortion / Attempted Extortion (threat with weapon for money)Robbery / Attempted Robbery (fear + demand at knife point)Criminal Intimidation (threat using deadly weapon)Key point:Injury is not required. The offence is complete once fear is created and money is demanded. FIR should be registered immediately at the nearest police station.

My father expired 3 months back without any will. Till now the bunglow is on father's name. Legal heirs are my mother my elder brother and myself we 3. Yes, it is possible. If your father died intestate (without a Will), the bungalow will first devolve equally upon the legal heirs—your mother, your elder brother, and you.After mutation and recognition of the heirs' shares, your mother is free to transfer or gift her share in the bungalow to you through a properly executed and registered Gift Deed. Your elder brother's consent is generally not required for your mother's share.
