kya wo will sirf uss ek property se related thi?file a civil suit for declaration of title and if the will is being imposed challenge the validity of the will. also file the suit at the earliest so that the house becomes disputed neither of the party will be able to alter the status once the matter reaches to the court ,you should also file the case for your part (gift deed has been made ) while claiming title as co owner for the property.
Q: Employer nit paying notice period salary
I joined a Pvt. Ltd. company in Jaipur, Rajasthan which H. S. is in Gurgaon as manager accounts on 1/5/26 and received salary also for April, on 9/5/26 after a not healthy arguments with a H. H.O.employee the said me for go home and said they will confirm me on 11/5/26 that what to do, but they not call me thean I write a mail to company after that they reply me on 16/5/26 that they will not continue my services and transferred 8 day salay of May'26 without a notice period or notice salary.
