Q: Payment asked by bank what to do

sir, as required i took a loan in 2007 from citifinancial and repaid 8 installemnts in bank and rest payment was made in 2009 of rs35000 as full and final settlemnt as already it is a 8 years old matter i have lost the deposit slip .now the citi financial is taken over by kotak mahindra bank and in dec 2016 i got a call and notice from them stating i need to pay rs 45000 as my outstanding towards the said loan.and started abusing language and said if u dont settle we will take legal action against you and u will have to face ommprisionmenmt. one thing more ,in year 2014 the said loan was not mentioned in my cibil as well but now they have updated what can i do for this kindly advise what is the legal compication the said loanac

Do you have Bank statements on mail or any other document like loan file or loan summery or old passbook.. if yes you can show same to himJust go to consumer court or file FIR against same.or ask to bank check with citi Financial if they have any issue.



Q: fir filed against me after filing civil suit in property matter

I filed a civil suit against my custmer for non payment of one flat he is failed to make a payment to me as per un registerd sale aggrement filed (for cancelation aggrment & forfiet the advance money) ,the last date has expired and after 15 months i filed a civil suit he appears in court & summit his answer 4 hearings ,know last week he complints in police stn against me that i m cheated & threaten him .police registerd FIR under sec 420,406,506,& without enwiring me and calling me in police stn but i ignoerd them.My quistens1. What should i do first for my safety.2 can police arrest me without warrant.3 i filed a civil suit first then how its possible police registred fir.4 My custmer has good approach in police but he misused it.i ask him several times for paymnts but he ignored every time.5.can police change sections charge sheet after if i m show certify civil suit papers. Please suggest.

1- For safety file a application to your Location SHO or commissioner or visit police station with civil suit case photo copy.also inform this to your local advocate. 2-No police not arrest to you.3- Police have right to register FIR as they have no information against your case.5- yes it is possible, but by court
