यदि High Court में Criminal Revision pending है और conviction IPC Sections 323/34 एवं 325/34 में है, तो पीड़ित पक्ष की सहमति से विधिवत compounding/compromise का प्रयास किया जा सकता है। Section 323 compoundable है और Section 325 court की permission से compound किया जा सकता है; वैध compounding का परिणाम acquittal हो सकता है. �Sci API +1लेकिन service matter अलग से तय होगा। यदि कर्मचारी अभी suspension में है, तो acquittal के बाद department से reinstatement मांगी जा सकती है, पर department applicable service rules, पद की प्रकृति और acquittal के आधार को देखेगा। Compromise-based acquittal को हमेशा “honourable acquittal” नहीं माना जाता, इसलिए reinstatement automatic नहीं है। विशेषकर MP High Court ने 2025 के एक मामले में Sections 323/325 की conviction compromise के आधार पर हटने के बावजूद सरकारी रोजगार का स्वतः अधिकार

Q: I want speed trail. Its been 4 years no progress.

I was involved in a fight in a case, which led to a case, and then I have spent so much time and energy, and now I want a speedy trial. The case start in 2022 now its 2026. the acts on me are- 324,325,294,323,506,34. I know I will win the case but problem is time.

The accused can move a written application before the Trial Court requesting continuous or time-bound proceedings, specifically recording that the case has been pending since 2022 and asking the court to avoid unnecessary adjournments. If there is still substantial delay, a petition may be considered before the jurisdictional High Court seeking a direction for expeditious disposal under its constitutional/supervisory jurisdiction, depending on the case record.The Supreme Court has recently reiterated that the right to a speedy trial is part of Article 21, irrespective of whether the accused is in custody or on bail. However, delay does not automatically mean acquittal or quashing; the court examines the length of delay, reasons for it, responsibility for adjournments, prejudice caused, and the overall circumstances. �

you can file a case tranfer petition in supreme court through your lawyer mentioning the ground why you want to transfer case from UP to MPFamily Court proceeding—an inter-state transfer is generally sought by filing a Transfer Petition (Civil) before the Supreme Court of India under Section 25 CPC. For a criminal case, inter-state transfer can be sought before the Supreme Court under Section 446 BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to the former Section 406 CrPC).
