Q: Regarding marriage issues or mutual divorce

I was married on 25-04-2021 with Pinki Kumari and got registered marriage on 03-07-2021 from last year my wife is not staying with me and she is working at block level, she always give priority to her job instead of family, we need a mutual solution for this. Please help me in this rest I will discuss further.

First of all you should talk to your wife then come to any conclusion. First try to save your family life and if it is not possible for both of you then both of you can think for mutual divorce /separation..

if he has given you check then you can fill the date and produce before the Bank for clearance.If check will be bounced then file a case u/s 138 NI ACT.you can also file a case under section 420 , breach of trust etc.

I was in love with him from past 4 years.I never realized he is deceiving me. Last year I caught him having wrong chats with a girl, but he threatened me that he can't live without me. He stopped talking with her and blocked her. This time I came to know that he talks to the same girl. I checked with him but he lied to me. I called her, she told me that she calls him brother. He only used to talk such rubbish with her even though she blocks him.Now when I asked him to clarify everything. Firstly he got agree and same time he declined. He says he is not wrong. That girl is playing with her. But I have proof that they both talk and that girl sent me some screenshots where anyone can find that he is having feelings for her. I already have given him chances but he doesn't realize his mistakes.He already threatened me about suicide and everytime I melt down.Now if I forgive also, how can I trust him?I got mail he will marry me at any cost. Is marriage the solution?Kindly help me.

IN my opinion marriage is not the solution. At first you clarify the matter and when you have the confidence on him then only go for marriage. Don't get emotional But be practical and try to see the reality. Don't take any wrong decision that will make your life hell so apply your mind.

if you I want a marriage certificate then you have to apply for registration of your marriage before marriage register office , for this you have to submit an application form along with your marriage card photographs address and ID proof . after registration you will get your marriage certificate .
