Our marriage took place on 11 December 2021 as per social rituals. Initially everything was normal, but over time my wife’s behaviour has become aggressive, disrespectful, and mentally harassing. She sleeps very late and wakes up late, which disturbs the household environment. She frequently argues without reason and often threatens me with divorce. Many times, in anger, she says, ‘Give me divorce, I will marry another man,’ causing me stress and humiliation. In anger, she breaks household items like mobile phones and other belongings. She repeatedly threatens to file false cases against me and my family. She avoids household responsibilities and makes unreasonable demands, creating constant tension at home. Due to her continuous behaviour, my mental peace, family life, and social life are heavily affected.
