जो जमीन का केस चल रहा है, वह मेरी दादी की संपत्ति से जुड़ा है और अभी मेरे पिता व चाचा के नाम से लंबित है। यदि भविष्य में मेरे पिता नहीं रहते, तो केस किस प्रकार आगे चलेगा? परिवार में एक व्यक्ति है जो मेरे पिता की जैविक संतान नहीं है और कानूनी रूप से गोद भी नहीं लिया गया है, लेकिन उसके आधार कार्ड में मेरे माता-पिता का नाम दर्ज है। क्या केवल ऐसे दस्तावेज़ों के आधार पर वह स्वयं को legal heir साबित कर सकता है क्यों कि पिता के ना रहने पे वही केस देखेगा क्यों कि हम लोग बाहर रहते है?

बाद में केस आपके नाम से चलेगा, लीगल एयर साबित करने में बहुत दस्तावेजो की ज़रूरत होती है Even if NOT adopted, if the parents made a registered or valid Will in his/her favour:Then he can inherit the property mentioned in the Will.

Q: IO issued additional evidence which is mentioned in chargesheet

My departmental proceedings started on Dated 03.10.25 on basis of a letter dated 03.01.2025. IO issued a chargesheet dated 13.10.2025 and given the same basis letter as an evidence dated 03.1.2025 along with chargesheet. I have submitted written submission denying all the charges with evidence. IO skip the cross examination part. IO issued a letter and saying in written I have additional evidence and call me for personal hearing. What should I do? This additional evidence is date 26.01.2025.

it's completely depend upon the previous marital circumstances, and the infractions of situations as she came to the ICU, or everything is in your favour don't leave such in laws, if FIR registered in what sections?

Q: Want physical partake in village abadi bhumi .

We have a ancestral house in village in which currently residing my real elder cousins brother family my father moved from this house to city in 1997 and my birth was of this house in 1989. This house recorded in revenue record khatauni as Abadi bhumi, so how I get to know the ownership details and how can take legal entry at present and stop them to make any construction at present.

for the legal entries there is one called the gharauni which can confirm the entries and to stop the construction you can approach the Civil Court for the injection suit the ownership details are now being updated under the gharauni schemes for the villages
