My departmental proceedings started on Dated 03.10.25 on basis of a letter dated 03.01.2025. IO issued a chargesheet dated 13.10.2025 and given the same basis letter as an evidence dated 03.1.2025 along with chargesheet. We have a ancestral house in village in which currently residing my real elder cousins brother family my father moved from this house to city in 1997 and my birth was of this house in 1989. This house recorded in revenue record khatauni as Abadi bhumi, so how I get to know the ownership details and how can take legal entry at present and stop them to make any construction at present.

for the legal entries there is one called the gharauni which can confirm the entries and to stop the construction you can approach the Civil Court for the injection suit the ownership details are now being updated under the gharauni schemes for the villages
