302 murder ki dhara hai...jab yeh aap par lagti hai toh apko ghambhirta se age badna padega aur jaha bhi raho, jo bhi court ho , acha vakil karna. remember the lower the court, better the advocate should be.

Q: QUERY ABOUT ANNULMENT AFTER DIVORCE

My question is, my boyfriend has done child marriage in Rajasthan. For 5-6 years she used to come to my boyfriend's home, but both of them never had any conversation. They both have divorce certificates, but annulment is not done. Now the girl is married. So how long will it take for my boyfriend to get the annulment if the girl party is not willing to come to the court?

Apply before the family court of your jurisdiction for annulment along with your marriage and divorce certificates. Court will issue summons and even then if the other party not comes you will get the relief of annulment by the order of the court. remember take a good lawyer.

Q: A doctor living next to us creating nuisance in residential area .

A doctor living next to me works in a private hospital, but in the evenings, he sees patients at his home. After the patients leave, he cleans his house and disposes of all the dirty water outside my home. I have already reported this matter to the RWA, but he continues to do it and does not listen.My queries are:Is a doctor allowed to run such a practice from a residential area?Where can I file a complaint regarding this unhygienic situation caused by him?

Give a notice in writing and keep potal receipts of it. Then write a letter to SDM/ DC of the area, dst. to look into the matter. you must have receiving of the office of the DM/SDM of the respective area. He will issue a show cause notice to the doctor. and then the proceedings will follow.

My father in low was opioum addict,also suffered from pile’s and low blood pressure. He buys opium in bulk for the whole year so that it comes cheaper. Yesterday narcotics take raid on my house and they found that . They took him along with them. They have made a report, but have not yet presented the charge sheet before the magistrate.now what we can do.

We will file for regular bail u/s 439 as he must been arrested and kept in PC through his section 67 confessional statement. By using Tofan Singh and Pallulabid judgement of the supreme court, such statements can be made inadmissible and we can made ground for bail. if any help required for drafting or filing I can provide.

My wife file compain 498a againt me and family members which is completely false. she is not staying with us last 1 year and she clearly said chats she want divorce but still she want to put presure to give money allomany.Now what should i taken steps not can you guid me properly i have compain copy with me as well

Your first step should be to get the FIR quashed through HC. Also no need to panic as per the new judgement of the Supreme Court, there can be no arrest for the period of 2 months next of filing the complaint. you must file before HC in 482 ASAP. Any help if required, I can provide.
