I have transfer 28 lakhs to one known person wife acct for some work in oct 2019 after 1 year ,when i asked to return money...on 10th dec 2020 his wife fir against me that between 25 Feb 2020 and 3 mar 2020 any day between these dates with no timeing in fir that i went to her house and raped her...i got arrest stay from high court on the basis of proof of money transfer and WhatsApp chat....and between these random dates on 1 March 2020 she has replid to me "good morning bhaiya"...bcse while lodging fir they did not know that i have whatsapp chat with me...i got arrest stay from high court and now since chargesheet is filed my stay got over..i have proof of what's app chat were she is talking to me from March 2020 till fileing of fir as bhaiya and talking normally....

Hi , i have filed writ of madamus in high court against her in 498a matter and notice has been sent to her but she is not filling her response even she is not hired any lawyer for high court so in that case what will be the next step in my case , shall judge do the ex party?

Respected sir my father was working in indane oil at kanpur he expired in 2015 my mother is illiterate without telling her rules of application my relative fill my brother's form for the job after completing whole process company inform that he is not eligible for the job after that I apply for the job but they didn't consistent my form for the job my family financial condition is not stable and there is no earning member in my family after my father death
