Q: Under age marriage and facing threats
I'm a 18 year old girl, and my husband's 19 , we're both Hindu and due to some circumstances we got married in a temple. His family is against our marriage and threatens us to kill us or get legal actions and get us apart. Please suggest what action should I take?

Keep evidence of threats (messages, calls, witnesses) for the complaint. File an Informatory Petition before the Magistrate for the same stating that the events happening, if anything happens to any of you the Court will no where to start. Q: Father’s Middle Name in My Documents
Hi Sir, I’m adding my surname through Gazette. Affidavit and newspaper publication are done. Since birth, all my documents show my father’s first name + surname only. Later, he added his middle name to his own documents, and my siblings’ records have it too. Should I keep my records unchanged for Gazette and correct his name later, or update it now? If later, will a One & Same Person affidavit be needed?
Advocate Akankrita Sinha answered
Proceed with your Gazette entry as is and do not many any change in the same and also keep a One & Same Person affidavit ready for future cross-referencing for future, and use the same when required, handle your father's name correction separately, if only required
