Q: Can i claim ownership of land i have used for 20 years in india ?
I got a property in my name but due my works I have to move from one place another for years so i haven't visited my place for years but i pay all land taxes regularly by my self. on the said property my aunty and her children are living from last 20years, can they claim ownership on the property? can someone claim your property if they maintain it ?

Q: What to do if a legal notice has been received for cheque bounce
I am Govt employee. In 2014, I had guarantor of another Govt employees loan of Rs 2 Lakhs. He was irregular to payment of installments. So the leasing Pvt Ltd Co produce the guarantor cheque of Rs 93,500/- in Apr 2017. The cheque was bounced and they issued me legal notice. What I do. I had always speak that leasing Co with the borrower and Co rep satisfy that conversation.

A case is pending before CAT Delhi since 2016. Its an administrative issue. The petitioner is arguing that although Rule 14(2) of CAT Procedure Rules says that all proceedings must end within six months, this matter has gone on for over 2+ years. Apart from filing an application in the high court is there any other legal remedy available to the petitioner? can a TA be filed seeking transfer of this matter to any other court? petitioner has only 2 more years left for service in Govt....
