Q: What to do if someone is harassing you

actually me, my husband & my son are living in parental house alongwith father in law, mother in law, small brother in law (with his wife & son), elder brother in law (with his wife, son & daughther), elder brother in law contructed second floor without taking agreement of remaining two brothers, & he always talk in abused words, try to beat me & my devrani, also is harassing me mentally for space, my father & mother in law also not say a word to him out of danger, they afraid of him, i dont understand what to do???

My friend married recently and at the time of farewell girl's parents refused to send her with his husband. and now more than one month she is living separately with his parents. what should we do.

u/s 9 of Hindu marriage act your friend file a petition before a family Court for restitution of conjugal right court can passed appropriate order against the wife as per law for non performing her dutys.

Q: How to get the car from police in a drink and drive case

I gave my car to one of my friend & he was suddenly caught in drink & drive case..although he was in his senses. police revealed my friends, bu caught my car & are asking to get a bail foa car. What should be done ?

By moving the application in the court and after that court passed the order on that application and direct you to submit thesurity and bail Bond's in the court and after that when court satisfied and accept the surity and bail Bond's submitted by you then release the vicle sezid by the police.

Q: Clarification regard mutual divorce (13B) decreed by Lok Adalat

My soon-to-be ex-wife has asked humongous amount of alimony to settle all the cases once & for all. I am supposed to produce money by 16 April. Judge has told that if I am not able to get the money by 16th, he is willing to give 17/18/19 as the next date as per need. Time which might be needed to arrange money, create FD for my kid etc. He said once the money is give to her, he will waive off the 6 months & give the decree same day. Now there is going to be Lok Adalat on 22 April. I am just wondering what should I do, Should get the decree on 16th (assuming money is arranged by then) and get this done. Or should I get the decree from Lok Adalat. I have heard that Lok Adalat judgement are not challengeable while the decree given by normal session court judge is challengeable. (Mutual Consent divorce 13B) Point is I am worried that after getting money, my (soon to be ex) wife can re-appeal & create more problems. Does decree given by judge is also NOT challengeable ?

Yes Judgement passed by lok adalat not challengeble by appeal in any court.and Judgement passed by family Court is challengeble by appeal. But the Judgement and decree passed by the family Court u/s 13(b) by way of mutual consent is binding on both the parties.

Q: Procedure to claim share in father's ancestral property.

My father got property after my grandfather which self acquired property of Grand father. Now, my father sometime sell the land and give money to only one brother and ignore me and my eldest brother (we are three) I know as per 1956 hidu succession act i do not have any right to claim in it for partition but is there any other option to approach court and put property in dispute so that all will suffer

Legally they don't do that, if they theretens then you file partitions suit along with temporary ingatation application by your father against them in the competent Court. Court after issue notice to them grant internet order in your favour.
