Q: Can wife work if she has filled a case of maintenance and DV

Can a separated woman, whose case of 13a or 13(1) already in court, if found working on papers or not on papers, or her husband says she works from howsoever, will her alimony be then be stopped? This implies if she doesn't get sufficient money DV maintainence for her three kids and herself, living with her, shd should not work to get some more earnings. Will her monthly maintenance be stopped, She never worked regular vn with husband. Husband says in court shd earns handsomely but has no documentaRy evidence. Then can she not do any work from home either because her alimony will be stopped, what if it is not sufficient. A case for revision is there but jdgmnt will come in yrs.

HiGenuinely in this cases , women side will be strong or if you proves that she is geeting very handsome salary then may be Court will fix very low alimony. But can't stop alimony.she can work anywere and she has a right in his husband salary.

Q: Recovery of money given to a friend as loan

Dear Sir's one of my family friend gas taken INR 13lacs from me and now he is not returning or do not want to return. We have agreed on 30000 per month for 44 months and for this he has to issue me 44 cheques of INR 30000 for each month. The thing is that he has given me only 15 cheques if 30000 (450000) apart he has given me two blank cheques if 2lacs each (400000) plus one cheque from his wife account which date was 10Feb 2017 and one car sale letter duly signed by her wife car value worth RS 300000) now that monthy installment which we have agreed he is not paying. Please help me with the process or solution to recover the amount . Thank you Moh

hi,firstly you can file a complaint against your friend u/s-406 and 420 IPC.secondly if you have a blank cheque with in the limitation then after fill the complete amount in cheque, and produce the cheque in your account and get bounced the cheque. after bounced the cheque you can file a case u/s-138, in your concerned court.
