Q: We want to change the ownership of our property

Sir/maamnn my father was died last year in September 27 my father and mother they don't have registry marriage certificate so can we now change the owner of property I'm now 17 year's old so i think i would be not able but my mother is able for it can we do something sir/maam?

We eight co-owner of our ancestral property gave power of attorney to a promoter. Now two of these eight member died. Will that power of attorney become invalid ? or still that promoter can use it ?

Hello.My name is Gopal Debnath, I choose to buy a property, which is gifted by Government of West Bengal to Mr Ashish, this property is mutated with the name of Mr Ashish. Now Mr Ashish have a developer agreement with promoter Mr Vikash, who want to sell the flats to different individuals, one of the individual is me. My question is can Mr Vikash sell a flat to me which is a gifted property to Mr Ashish from West Bengal Goverment.
