Q: What to do if wife is having physical relationships with other guys

I was in a relationship with a girl from 8 years. In Jan 17 I broke up with her when I came to know that she is having physical relationship with some other guy but I didn't have evidence against her at that point of time. In June 2017 she filled a case against me alleging that I have made sexual relationship on promise to get marry. I was arrested by the police nd got interim bail after 15 days on her consent. Then I have to marry her because she was agreeing only on this ground. In Nov I got permanent bail on furnishing my marriage certificate. Some days ago I got some evidence which can prove that she was having physical relationship before marriage nd after marriage she is carrying those relationships, On which I can prove that she has done fraud case against us as she was having physical relations with some other guy too. Now what are the remedies available for me to get rid off this girl, this case and this marriage too. Kindly help me out for the same ASAP. Thanks

Advocate Mohd Absar Ahmad answered
You can file for divorce on the ground of adultery if you have evidence to prove adultery by wife. It is not necessary that she must be continuosly living in adultery. Mere proof of adultery would suffice the cause.
