हमने परिवार न्यायालय में फर्जी आर्य समाज के विरुद्ध डिक्री का मुद्दमा डाल दिया, हमारा परिवादी चाहता है कि यह केस अधिक समय तक न्यायाल में खींचे जिस वजह से मामले की सभी प्रक्रियाओं को अंत समय में पूरा करता, और वह कानूनी प्रक्रिया में अधिक समय के लिए फांस रहा है, क्या हमें मामले को जल्दी निपटने के लिए उच्च न्यायालय में नहीं जा सकता, या कोई अन्य रास्ता हो जिससे केस की सुनवाई बहुत जल्दी हो, जिससे मेरा वास्तविक विवाह ( वैधानिक विवाह ) जल्द हो सके।

High courts can issue directions to subordinate courts to expedite the disposal of cases. The Court has to dispose off every case at the earliest. You may ask your Advocate to file an appropriate case in High Court, which would help you discharge from the case or for a direction to the lower Court.

PS Medical College lodge an false FIR on the pressure of ladies under Section 78 BNSS but while investigation IO didn't get any proof related to that but in case dairy IO had done mistakes which is found by studying the case dairy briefly points to points. But I have some proof of that the IO had make wrong investigation and some videos to proof some papers are totally fake in case file which in submitted in court.
