Q: Person quit job during bond period as hired before being 18 years old
Hi I am working in major hazardous company (basically chemical plant). I have recently finished 5 years of service ( two years as training and three years as employee) we have bond period of total 7 years. I have joined this company as 17 years old. I am willing to quit my job and continue education but there is bond amount of 630000IRS to pay as bond amount. Can my company put a legal case in me, even though I was hired before turning into 18?
