will probate and contempt of court

my mother had made will of her self acquired property in my name and my i had applied for probate and both of elder brother had signed there no-objection and gaved in court and court had granted probate in favour of me in 2010 and now one of brother is harressing me by sending notices to my tenants and tryg to intervene in small cause court .cant i do anything for this, can i stop him from this, or shall i file contempt of court, because he had file no-objection and said that he do not want anything in honble court, but now he is started to harress me . what can i do????i had tried sending him notice but its of no use. What can I do now?

You can file complaint in court since he has given no objection certificate he has no basis of harassing you . Also you can put criminal case on him of harassment and criminal intimidation by him. You can show order to court under which it granted probate in your favor as an evidence.
