my mom dies without making will..we r 3 siblings...m living separately..my bro n sis lives in my moms house..ow they want to start renovating house....we also have right on that house..bt they two dont want to give us our share of housr...wat to do now plz help
You will have to obtain a succession certificate or a legal heir certificate from the office of tehsildar's office, after obtaining the same you will have to file a suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court.
