A will needs to be specific about the distribution of property after the death of the testator. A will needs to be signed by the testator in the presence of two witnesses. The signature of the two witnesses is also mandatory. Registration of a will is not necessary. It is advised to hire an expert lawyer to draft a will to avoid any objections at the time of execution of a will.
