Got ownership of my grandfathers property through will can i gift it

We are hindu famjly.A factory had been alloted to my grand father by dda in1972 . And he made a will in my name(grandson). Now he died. By will I m a owner aftr his death. But he has two son and 2 daughter. My question is that wht I can do in present apart from noc or getting any sign from them so tht if in futre anybody challenge my will thn it will got void.? Can I gift it to my mother Can aftr giftg factory to my mother and aftr 3 years from giftg if any body challenge will or gift deed it will be void?
As the factory in question was transferred in your favor by the way of will, it makes you the sole owner of the property which means no one can claim that share of your property which was transferred in your favor by way of a testament.
