Can will be made on a ancestral property

16-May-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
The property which i own now is my fathers property. Can i write a will on this property for my daughters? I lost my first wife in an accident& married another woman. I have got a dispute with my second wife and we are staying separated for past 5 years. Will she be able to claim on this ancestral property?

Yes the said second wife if files for maintenance or divorce and then maintenance then she can claim her right in the said property provided if she goes on for divorce with mutual consent or has decided to leave you without your consent then she may not be able to claim any share in the property. however, your daughters will be getting the same property if you do not have any other coparcener living at the time for partition.
