Is there any tax on land acquisition by UPSIDC

Sir, I want to know about, there is any tax on land acquisition by UPSIDC, because our land acquired by UPSIDC Bulandshahr. so will we have to pay any tax on this compensation. pls mail me sir as soon as possible.
