Income tax filing for one person company OPC

Hello, I registered company last year, it is a one person company. Without any business completed 1 year on 24th August 2015. Is there any income tax filing or renewal kind of thing?

Since there was no business conducted, you will need to file "NIL Income " Returns for the financial year ending March 2016.
You need to provide your bank statement for the year ending March 2016 or in the event of not having any bank account an affidavit to that effect along with "Nil Income" returns.
