Can the complainant remove his name during appeal

Sir/mam, we 217 people have filed a case against CGHS which is running in High court New Delhi for regularization of our services, in case if we lose in High court, we will have to go to supreme court, our representatives in this case wants to remove the names of few(out of 217) from the case upon moving to supreme court, is that possible that our representatives can remove any name of these 217 names?plz guide
You do not have to go to sc directly. Approach hc all over again under appeal. Appeal is a matter of right going to sc is discretionary power of sc...whether it will hear u or not
