Is there any way to get a loan from the Government

stopped.my business I 1year new and I am not able to find bank loan. Business has stopped. Life has become hard. No cash. I don't own any property. Can I request government to lend me loan on special case immediately
Loans are generally granted only to those who can repay. In your case, you do not offer any security for repayment of loan. You may try loan only through your friends or relatives. If they could get loan sanctioned in their name and lend it to you. No other way.
