Won case against previous landlord now new landlord pressuring us

Father is a tenant in a property for 30 years. we won the case against the previous landlord in which it was written that no one can remove us from the property. Now the new landlord is pressuring to vacate the property. What can be done?
Ur father is tenants in property for 30 grand u won the case and written that no one can removed u ,it's true as per court verdicts but on other grounds they can file case against u ,on ground other cause of auction, so if they file case against u, replay properly with evidence, fact and act ,u will win again rest advise after read precious courts orders
