Whether boundary wall can be demolished to establish shop

Respected sir/madem my question is that I have purchased a new plot in a colony at last end after my plot there is a boundary wall of colony & opposite of that boundary a government road is going can i broke that boundary in front of my plot & run a small restaurant or photocopy shop.
No you can not becouse such boundary wall is for security of the whole colony if you will damage it the society of the colony can take action against you becouse your act is illegal, but if the boundary wall covers the front of your plot and you are unable to construct any construction just because of such boundary wall so it is wrong and violation of your civil rights, for that I will advise you that you move an application before the colonizer or the society that due to boundary wall you are unable to any construction kindly remove the wall so that you could construct the restaurant,o r photo copy shop, after that if no action is taken by him then you can take the forcible action against him by filling complain before real estate regulatory agency or file a suit for removal of the boundary wall.
