What is the procedure for gift registration of a part of my property?

We are planning register part of our building which belongs to my father's brother in the way of gift registration. Is it required that my uncle's (father's brother) children also needed to sign the registration document. They are majors.

sir in your case donor is your uncle and who is donee. donee is the person who accepts the gift whether your father or you accepting the gift in both the circumstances it is better to take signatures of the children as witnesses to the document at the time of registration.
