Want to move out of the property but brother not share

The house is in the name of two brothers. I am elder brothers wife. So as now we wanted to move separate from this house the younger brother is not ready to give our share . He is saying that the loans are paid by him. But we are ready to give loan amount til date.he is offering only 15 lakh out of 65 lakh. Now their sister is also asking for share in this property. Please do the needful
File suit for separate possession of the property by dividing the same in the jurisdictional civil court.
