Unequal distribution of property through Will how can we came it

Sir,i m only daughter of my father and got married in 1992, while my father has 2brother(having 2 married sons each) and 2 sister as well (all married). my grand father died just 5 months ago and before die he made will for his all ancestral property(agricultural land and home)in feb-2015. according to that Will my grandpa just bypass my father and my both uncle as well,and total property has transferred to the sons of my both uncles. so this way,i being the only daughter of my father, he just cut down the share of me and my father. is their any law to help me for getting my share back. thanks

the daughter has a equal right on the fathers propert. and even the grand children can claim their part in the ancestral property. for better and clear advice the paper needs to be checked. you can opt for consultation for proper advice as per you case.
