Unauthorized person not vacating premises for redevelopment

Soc has completed all formalities with developer and authorities concern----only problem is person occupying unauthorised possession of 260 sq. Ft on gr.flr. Does not ready to vacant the premises......entire 120 members & 27 shopkeeper has got stuck up in redevelopement process ......need advice
You may issue a legal notice aginst the said person upon failure of your demands you may also file police complaint and further may prosecute him before court of law and also before Registrar of co-cooperative.
