Sold land but buyer insisting to register land on different names

01-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi - I sold a land and the buyer is insisting that I should do the registry to 9 buyers. Basically, he is telling me that he has to take a loan for construction and he will get some benefits if he has multiple buyers. I am an individual and my question is that will it create any problem if I do 9 registries for a single property? I dont have a builder licence. Also, what are the alternatives for this ?

Dear Sir/Madam,

You can do the registry to 9 buyers & there is no necesssary that you shold have a licence of builder but if buyer is builder then you should mention the clause of commercial tranction because that will not creat legal complication future for you.

Thank you,
