Selling out property.

19-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, I am Hindu and about to sell out my property (Shop) to someone. We are four brother and sisters (3 sisters and me). I am staying with my mother. Sisters are all married. Father died in 1997 without any will. Have two question on my mind: 1. Do my sisters have any right to the property left by my late father as he died on 1997 and as per recent Supreme court ruling a girl child can claim her share of property if her father was alive until March 2005. The time (March 2005) when girl equal right for parents property was passed by Apex Court. 2. If the answer to my first question is No than in that case my mother and me both will have to go to the office of the sub-registrar for executing the deal or any of us? I would like to hire a lawyer for this deal to represent us/me as I/we are the novice. Would you like you to represent us for selling out the property and what will be your fees in this matter?

Regarding share of your sisters in the property same need discussion to give precise answer. You may contact through this site if so desire.
