Road occupied by neighbor what can I do

Sir I have purchased a portion of land say 20 years back. and after that my neighbour had purchased the balance part of plot. in both the deed road has been mentioned from one side but not properly demarcated in map. I have done my boundary wall say 15 yrs back leaving the area of road mentioned. the land is in L shape. my neighbor has encroached the road left by me and now asking me to break the boundary wall and make the road straight from my land. i had made the boundary wall after survey done by pvt surveyor. kindly suggest that can i construct my house in my land within boundary wall.

you should contact a lawyer , you can file a Suit for Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court.

file suit for declaration that you are owner of said land and for injunction restraining your neighbor from interfering with your peaceful possession.
