Right of daughter in the property of father, if he has two wives

Hi My mother in law has been divorced from her husband 2 years, later my father in law got married with another lady who has 12 year old boy from her first husband. Recently our Father in law has been passed away. Now that second wife claiming she as his legal heir. We are not sure about his will. Does my wife has any legal rights or shares in her dad's property?
No rights in father property as per the law. If her father makes will may be allotted bar share , here no document and second wife also claim her share in the property , if will or any other documents executed by her husband or to show any proof she is a wife of deceased husband.

Yes every daughter has a right in fathers property. But if will has been made things will go as per the will. Consult a lawyer have a meeting, explain the facts, find about whether will has been executed, then you can have a proper understanding of this matter.

sir ,Yes, your wife is having share on her dad's property.If it is an ancestral property, he cannot execute WILL.if she produce any will, simply deny the execution of will and signature on the WILL. The burden of proving of will lies on the holder. if, you appoach i can handle your matter positively.

If the divorce process & settlement was complete and fully executed then the first wife has no claim subsisting. Nevertheless the claI'm of all children remains remain unaltered in ancestral property.
