Property issue. How to proceed ?

I am a government servant in state Rajasthan and i have a property cum house sized 1174.5 yards. I took a house loan on it 30 years ago and my family has been living here since 1980. Now someone(cousin) is asking to demand share this property in the ratio of 1:1(demanding half of my property). I have a legal documents about my property and it's whole sole owner is me only. I already bought it from PANCHAYAT' that time and having my property's PATTA'. Kindly suggest me if they fill a case against me then there is any chances of impact on my govt job. Also what kind of case can be register against me.
