Property issue, Daughter wants share in her fathers property

Dear Sir,
Hi I need advice on property issue, that is one of my mother-in law threatening to file case on property sale, and she is married in 1990 and expecting share in my grandfathers (her father) property. She also have 3 male siblings and 3 female siblings. And her father (my grandfather died before 1996 i think). And that property was in my grandfathers name till last 2 or 3 years back. Now its in 3 brothers name.
But one of my mother-in law demanding too much and threatening to file case.
You are saying that she is married in 1990 and expecting share in your grandfathers (means her father`s ) property. how many male siblings and female siblings she has is of no importance. And her father (your grandfather died before 1996 u think). And you say that the property was in the mane of your grandfather till last 2 or 3 years back. Now its in 3 brothers name. she must be your maternal aunt and not your mother-in law . Did the property came into the names of you 3 directly ? It seems she is having a right over the property.
