Hi
Since it is your grand mother's property, your mother, her sister and her 2 brothers have equal share of the property.
As per law your mother is entitled to claim her share of property and in order to get the share of property, your mother should issue legal notices to her brothers and sister.
once the legal notice is issued and matter is not resolved, your mother can approach the Lok Adalat (instead of courts) and get her share of property.
A lok adalat is a court, but in lok adalat there is minimal court fees and process is faster and cheaper. In lok adalat's lawyers are also not required. The judge will sit across the family members and in maximum 5 to 6 sittings will pronounce the order.
The order of lok adalat is powerful as a district court.
