Property is in trouble by goons

Me my mother and brother are running Educational Institutions in Tamilnadu, land is in name of we three, but my father is bringing goons often and troubling us for money and property and putting entire business in trouble, but we have given him enough money and land in spite of that he is troubling us. He even assaulted our staff members with goons, we have given many police complaints but police are not taking any legal action, we have injunction order for him and his goons not to enter our campus but nothing stops him. What can be done to stop this? He is threatening to assault us if we don't meet his demands.

You have mentioned that you have an injunction order against your father. You can initiate contempt proceedings against your father for violating the court order of injunction.
Second, under what section are you filing the complaint? If it is for criminal tresspass and criminal intimidation then the police have to take action. Have an advocate to draft your complaints and follow it up for you.
Third, you should install cctv and save the recordings so that you have one-off to back up your complaints.

Sir,
If the local police is not taking action against your compliant, then you can approach the higher officer like S.P/D.C and you can very well lodge compliant to get remedy even in spite of such compliant made with higher officials if find still difficulty you can approach Magistrate court through Sec 156(3) of Cr.PC.
