Parents living separately how can i claim share in fathers property

21-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I am 26 years old unmarried girl. My parents are not divorced , but they stayed together for very small time. My mother (62 years old) is retired from Indian railways and she spent all her money on us. My father is 62 years old and retired. He didn’t spent anything on our studies and expenses. I have two elder siblings. My father owns a house in Mohali, which was transferred to him from his father, with the agreement signed by all his 4 siblings. After my mother’s retirement we came back here in mohali. Now, My father transferred his house to his mother (98 years old). Can we get our right.
