Owner sold land to father will agreement how to claim it now

Unfortunately non availability of sale agreement is the pain area here.
Fortunately, you father was the cultivator of land for more than 25 years. Are there any government records to say that your father was the cultivator/ tiller of the land ? Please check. If there are any records to say that your father was the cultivator of the land, then we can use cultivator,absentee land owner route to regularise.
in absence of above, since you are in possession of land for last 25 years and have made considerable investments, you can claim from the land owner the costs incurred(which the owner might not be willing to pay) and file a suit and force the land owner to part with the land

Hello.just gone through your questions. here in your matter to prove that your father property has been purchased you have to show some documents or receipts in your case if you are in possession we can go for injunction not to interfere mean while we can gather documents ,evidence so as to make our claim strong then we can go for specific performance of agreement we can get our sale deed registered in name of your through court . I required your documents so I can go through it thoroughly.
