Need advice on inheritance

I am purchase a house and I have a registry for 5 year before this property is his father and his father died and he is only son but his son claim this grandfather property

Your writing is incorrect. Any how, if you have purchase it bonafidly and it is genuine then the other person can not claim the said property to be his ancestral property. You are having an absolute right to enjoy the same property.

yup, in case of ancestral property it cannot be given away according to his/her own wish. As in ancestral property four generations, starting from your grandfather has right from birth in the property. So for distribution of ancestral property there will be notional partition among family and than shares will be divided equally among everyone.
