You have not given the full facts about your case. It is not clear as to how your father obtained the property from your grandfather. Is it through direct succession or by release or through some other arrangement. There should be some kind of arrangement. If not, you need to make such deed or document for the purpose of getting a clear title of the property. Also look for in whose name the property tax, water tax and other amenities charges are paid for your house.

Whether any Partition Deed is available or not. How u r saying that share has been given to your uncle and aunts.

If the house property is exclusively alloted to the share of your father then it is not problem to transfer the house to his name by applying to the concerned local office/ corporation by paying necessary fee.

If not you have to get no objection from the other legal heirs of your grandfather to get your fathers name included.
or
You have to file a declaration suit to transfer the housing property to ur fathers name.
