Mother gave will in favour of brother now not giving marriage gold

Mother expired 5 years back and all the gold that was given in my marriage was with her only. Mother made a Will in favour of my brother and now the brother is not wiling to return the gold at all. What action can i take against him?
tough call. read the will again. if the gold is bequeathed to your brother, technically he becomes the owner. however you can challenge the will citing undue influence, coercion etc.
Also any will needs to be probated in the court of law. if the will is not probated, it is valid provided you also accept the existence of will. so you need to decide. you can ask for the brother to probate the will in court and if will proven, he can take the gold or you can challenge the very existence of Will only and the conditions surronding there of.
