Jodhpur rajasthan me Hamari 8 biga agreecultura petrak land he. Hum 4 brother 2 sister and mother he. 2 brother 2 sister and mother ne mil kar apne hisse ki land sell kar di hun do brother ko pata hi nahi chala. Please suggest me ki me ab kya karu
Dear friend as per your question and acording to law without partition of agriculture land your brother and sister can not sale now you file a civil suit before civil court cancelation of sale deed because you are a co sharer

You can file a suit of pre emption (however it is not a sound idea). You can restrict the purchaser to enter upon land without partition. You may have so many other remedies which can be suggested after looking at the documents.
