Layout developed does not match the approved layout plan

04-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a plot in a layout approved by local planning authority where 60% of plots have been released. when I applied for license for construction it was rejected indicating the layout has not been developed as per approved plan and the position of my plot does not match as per the approved layout plan. I have e-katha for my plot. All the plots, released and unreleased have already been sold by developer. What I should do now.

first you can file a case against the builder/ developer for cheating you and then you can check the layout was residentcial converted, then you have to pay the fine through akram-sakram scheme, so in that you can get approval. if you want more details on this call me

I suggest you to once again approach the civic bodies and submit your sale deed copy and the approved layout plan copy and further the construction plan as per their requirement by paying the appropriate fees by way of writing. Thereafter you might get an approval.
