Land without adharam and pattayam how to get it registered

My grandmother is having 60 cents but only 31 cent is having adharam, rest is not having adharam and pattayam. We are holding this property for more than 60 years , my grandmother bought this property from devasom. Please let me know the procedure to get adharam

There is no way in which you can get 'adharam' i.e. the deed of registration. The important is the character of the land not covered by the document. Please verify from revenue records. Your possession is secure if you have any proof as to holding the same for more than 60 years.
