After partition of India, Land was alloted to refugees, But our land of approximately eight kilas has not yet alloted, How government will allot it to me
Its a simple scheme of govt. If the land is still not alloted you should have try the following steps or can contact m i can help with your legal prblem
Wether the land belongs to corporation or improvement trust or wakf board or under any corporation run by govt. Once the land is properly identified and you have the possession of property we will file a civil suit for claiming the ownership.
