Is it legal to buy flats while they are under construction

Can i buy underconstuction sra flat as i m not staying there the builder give me PAP agrement. So pls tell me whther its legal to buy a flat?, can i buy it?

You can buy SRA saleable component which are under construction and they are governed by SRA Act, MOFA and RERA. However, the rehabilitation component cannot be sold by the person getting a property under SRA till 10 years, so you cannot purchase that property.
